The Encyclopedia of Aviation deals with the most important military aircraft in the history of universal aviation in chronological order from 1939 to 1945. during World War II. The authors present detailed historical and technical data on the types of fate that became famous, the circumstances in which they were developed, and at the same time provide a background explanation for understanding what led to the victory of the Allies. They also deal with the new technological experiments and processes that led to the proliferation of helicopters and jet planes after the war. The Encyclopedia of Aviation 1939-1945 is the second volume in a series, the first part of which listed the most important persons and types of aircraft in the history of universal aviation between 1848 and 1939.
